RNAi Screening

- Facilitates high-throughput genome-wide RNAi screens in fly, mouse and human cell culture assays.
- Provides technical support in the planning, execution and analysis of RNAi screens.
- Provides users access to RNAi libraries and automated infrastructure, such as liquid handlers and plate readers.
RNAi screens are potent tools for the identification of novel components of cellular pathways. We have prepared a brief guide that outlines common themes in the design, execution and evaluation of RNAi screens.
